- I forgot my password.
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password" and enter your email address in the "Login" section. An automatic e-mail containing your new password will be sent to you.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to change it in the "Profile" tab.
- How do I register for a course?
You will find the "Pre-register" button at the top of each page describing the courses in our catalog.
Click on it and a registration form will open with the information you need to register.
- I started to register but stopped in the middle of the process.
You have started to fill in the registration form but you did not have all the necessary information at hand, for example the documents or proofs to provide.
It is possible to come back to the form by logging in with your login and password : the information is saved from one time to the next until the final registration.
Please note ! Any registration not finalized before the deadline will not be taken into account.
- Why do I have to provide personal information to access free content?
The information requested during registration is useful to us in order to know you better and to offer you adapted training : course language, teaching methods, specialties taught...
The information recorded is reserved for the use of the service concerned and will never be communicated to other people.
You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data by sending an email to the administration of the platform.

- I wish to unsubscribe from a training course/platform.
To unsubscribe from a course, please contact the teaching assistant responsible for your course.
To unsubscribe from the training platform, send us your request by e-mail.
- Why register under my own identity? Can I use a pseudonym?
The Sciences School of Cancer website is the professional cancer training platform of a university school. We advise you not to use a pseudonym in order to facilitate the administrative management of your training. We also use this information to establish certificates or diplomas.
- Can I suggest changes?
Of course you can. We are setting up systems to collect feedback and suggestions from our users on the changes to be made. We will solicit you via surveys and we thank you for taking the time to answer them.
You can also send us your ideas directly by e-mail.
- I am abroad. Can I take your courses?
Anyone in the world can take our oncology courses, as long as they meet the registration requirements for each course. Some of them offer distance learning to students who cannot travel to Paris.
Please note that most of our courses are currently in French, but we are working on developing courses in English.
- How long do the courses last?
Each course is different. You will find all the necessary information on their respective description pages.
